Guests will be dismissed by table to the buffet line, where their meals will be served out of chafers by our team of servers. The buffet line will be open during the entire dinner hour for guests to come back for seconds.
Food will be brought to guest tables in platters with servings for the whole table to pass around and share. There will be enough servings in each platter for every guest to have a full serving of each menu item.
Each guest will be served an individual plated meal that they select when RSVPing for the wedding.
Yes! We have a server who will serve hors d'oeuvres exclusively to our couples and their families while they are taking their photos during cocktail hour.
Vendor Meals can be added to your contract for $26.40 + Tax. We serve vendors the same menu items that you and your guests will enjoy!
We include dietary restriction accommodation for up to 10% of your guest count, and additional meals can be added for $8 + tax per person. You will mark on the seating chart tab of your wedding tracker any guests that have dietary restrictions or allergies and your Event Manager will review these with you at your 30 Day Wrap Up meeting. Our chef will look at the list and prepare separate meals as needed. We recommend including a spot for guests to list their dietary restrictions on your wedding invitations!
A complimentary tasting is included in the contract for two people. If you wish to have your tasting prior to booking your event with us, you are able to do so! We have a tasting fee of $100 per person, and that fee will be applied to your catering package upon booking with us.
Yes! Additional guests are more than welcome to join you for your tasting and can be added for $100 per guest.
Yes, our kids menu includes either chicken tenders or macaroni and cheese, served with fresh fruit, french fries, and a juice box.
Champagne Pouring and Cake Cutting will be included with all wedding packages.
Once you've done your cake cutting, our catering team will take the cake back into the kitchen to be cut and served. It will be taken out on trays and walked through the patio to ensure that all guests will be served. We will also make sure to save the top tier and send it home with you to enjoy on your first anniversary (or for breakfast the next morning)!
